You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. All fees are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless specified otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify our pricing, but will provide at least 30 days' notice before any changes take effect for existing subscribers.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Invio only for lawful purposes related to your business operations. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, interfere with its security features, or use the service to transmit any malicious code. Unauthorized use of the service may result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Customer Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any data you upload to the platform remains your property. Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Invio platform, including its software, design, and branding, belong to Invio One Pte. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription period for your internal business needs.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform periodic maintenance or update features, which may result in temporary downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
